Suzannah is a UK-qualified lawyer with over 20 years’ experience across the publishing, finance and aviation sectors.
She began her legal career at the Financial Times in London, before moving to Citigroup Asset Management (subsequently acquired by Legg Mason Asset Management). Since relocating to the UAE in 2017, Suzannah has served as senior legal counsel at Novus Aviation Capital in Dubai, where she led the corporate, regulatory and commercial legal function.
She has advised on data privacy, regulatory compliance, funds, legal ops, tax, company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
Suzannah has extensive experience advising Boards, C-suite and committees in regulated firms on corporate and regulatory requirements across the UK, UAE, Cayman Islands, Bahamas and Hong Kong.
