Lulwa is an award winning UK qualified solicitor with Jordanian and British background with 20+ years experience as a corporate commercial lawyer, most recently at executive level. Her in-house experience spans across a broad range of industries including FMCG/CPG but also Shared Services, Big Pharma, Technology, Telecom, Construction, Procurement, Market Intelligence and Esports. Lulwa has been based in the UAE since 2000 and brings a depth of senior level regional experience.

Commercially minded, Lulwa has a solid grasp of the strategic, technical and operational aspects of how organisations operate and she is accustomed to extremely fast-paced and fast-evolving environments.

Amongst her multi-faceted skill set, Lulwa’s experience has seen her lead and manage legal teams through high level commercial negotiations and providing legal and strategic analysis and advice to executive management and boards.

Being fully bi-lingual in English and Arabic, Lulwa has mature communication skills and has the ability to present solid and persuasive outputs, guidance and counsel to stakeholders at all levels of the corporate food chain from executive management to C-Suite, dignitaries and high-level government personnel.
